    • Once your order is ready to be shipped, the estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times are as follows:

      • Domestic Shipping (within the United States): 3-7 business days..

Return & Exchange Policy

Smoosh Face Apparel uses Printify to fulfill our orders. It is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply changed you mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, We offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Contact Us” form and provide your order number and a clear description of the issue. We may ask for additional support such as photos to send to the manufacturer.

Please note that Smoosh Face Apparel will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.
